A strong, energetic and playful yoga practice that connects breath with movement in one smooth continual flow. Creating heat inside the body and stillness in mind, dynamic vinyasa classes are creative and work on building strength and flexibility.
You will get the chance to try more challenging poses like inversions, arm balances, deeper backbends or hip openers, however, there will be options for everyone and opportunities to rest if you need to. Expect to sweat, feel the heat and leave the class energised and uplifted! This may not be suitable for absolute beginners but you’re welcome to try it.
