After many years of contemplating YTT, this was the year it all came together at One Soul for Janeese. Completing the 200 HR teacher training has been one of her most challenging, rewarding and inspiring journeys. She fell in love with yoga from her first class over 15 years ago in McKinney. Over the years she has enjoyed trying a variety of styles of physical practice, but what always kept her returning was the ability yoga gave her to find stillness and quiet her mind. Besides all things yogic, she enjoys her family, hiking, kayaking, art, reading and has a special place in her heart for middle school students.

ThursYay Yoga Flow is for anyone wanting a gentle vinyasa-style class to help maintain mobility and strength. This one-hour class is open to all skill levels and works through a full body flow moving from seated, standing and kneeling asanas. Students will increase stamina, balance and flexibility and while connecting mind, body and soul. This end of the week class ends in relaxing savasana to help you ready for the weekend ahead. ThursYay Yoga Flow is appropriate for all levels, no matter where you are on your yoga journey.
