Jennifer earned her 200-hour YTT certification from One Soul Yoga in 2023 and is excited to lead students on the mat. She has been practicing yoga off and on throughout her adult life and knows that when she practices yoga regularly, life just works better. Jennifer is grateful for the opportunity to provide students a nonjudgmental, encouraging, and fun environment for their practice.

Join us for First Friday Happy Hour Mocktail Flow, a once-a-month special event held on the first Friday of every month! This fun, lighthearted class combines playful movement and fun yoga flows to help shake off the stress of the week and bring joy to your body and mind. The class will flow through light-hearted poses and joyful movement set to good vibes and laughter.
Stick around and unwind with a refreshing, non-alcoholic mocktail and enjoy social time connecting with the community. This is the perfect opportunity to nourish your body, connect with others, and celebrate the simple joys of movement and shared conversation.
Come as you are and leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready for the weekend!
At One Soul, we believe yoga is for everybody and you do not have to be “bendy” or “stretchy” to practice. Our studio and instructors are from a trauma-informed lineage, which means we lead classes that nurture and challenge you in a safe and non-judgmental way. Variations of poses are given in each class to make our classes accessible regardless if you are new to yoga or more experienced. Our yoga studio is intentionally free of mirrors, encouraging you to focus on how your practice feels rather than how it appears. Your mat is your personal sanctuary, a space to connect with yourself and your journey.
