Yoga Therapy sessions provide you with with the opportunity to increase your body-mind connection and establish your personal practice to further support your yoga journey.
Each session is tailored to your unique requirements and may include specific Yoga Therapy sequences to help you: -
- establish or deepen your yoga practice
- overcome limitations within your practice
- overcome injury or illness or target a particular health concern
- return to your practice after an absence from your mat
Drawing from the ancient science of Yoga your individual consultation will help you work toward an improved state of overall health. Yoga therapy supports and empowers individuals toward a greater state of mental and physical health through the practices of yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation.
