Fall back into the soothing rhythms of a slower, more natural pace with 90 minutes of gentle and nourishing restorative yoga designed to encourage physical, mental and emotional release and relaxation. Appropriate for all levels of student, this class is slow paced and focuses on longer holds while supported by props. Learn to cultivate a sense of calm in mind and body to help reset to a state of balance and peace.
