This class is suitable for all ages, including seniors.
A deliciously slow yet powerful practise designed to support the parasympathetic nervous system. Expect to explore:
• gentle movement to build strength and support mobility and balance (asana)
• guided breath work to unite the body and mind experience (pranayama)
• meditation to support mental health and function
We may use chairs during some classes, along with other props which are provided by the studio.
