Pour yourself a cosy cup of 'self-love' & join me for 90 minutes of Restorative yoga at Unite Yoga on Sunday 30th June.

This class is 90 minutes of gentle and nourishing restorative yoga designed to encourage physical, mental and emotional release and relaxation.

Appropriate for all levels of student, this class is slow paced and will focus on longer holds with support, cultivating stillness and restoring balance to our often depleted nervous system.

Numbers are strictly limited to ensure a spacious and relaxed environment for all so please book your place early.
