Strength - This class can be strong at times, but you can reduce the work by staying in cat/cow rather than doing up and down dog. The focus is on inhaling the breath in three parts. This increases oxygen and “Prana” into the body, it becomes energizing and uplifting. It is best practiced in the morning or during the day as it may be too stimulating in the evening for some.
