Description

Hatha yoga incorporates asana (postures) and breathing.
Sun salutations form a 'flow' portion of the class, followed by long hold or static poses to increase flexibility, strength and calm the mind.
Lovely stretching.
Guided Shavasana.
Suitable for all levels.

SOCIAL DISTANCING PROCEDURES
Do NOT come if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to anyone with symptoms of Covid 19
Do NOT come if you are shielding
Bring your own mats and blocks please, blocks can be purchased v cheaply from ebay
Sanitize hands before and after class
Do not congregate before or after
Please wait outside until class is about to begin
The door will remain open when possible so an extra layer might be necessary
