Description
Enjoy 45 minutes of gentle chair yoga in a safe and encouraging environment. Expect mindful breathwork (pranayama) as a part of each session.
We will practice seated while being kind to the joints, gently open the body, slowly build strength and improve flexibility in a safe and supportive way.
Yoga helps maintain your bone health, helps reduce joint pain, improve joint flexibility, and also strengthen the muscles around your joints.
Most importantly, yoga strengthens the muscles used for breathing and can help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. The increased flexibility and balance will help you to feel younger and help to set you up for a long and healthy life.
