Gentle yoga&soundbath meditation

Olga Klishina
Olga started practicing yoga in 2017, and since then, a lot has changed in her life. The first step was a change of activity: from a bank employee with 16 years of experience to a massage therapist, and now a yoga teacher. Olga has received 200 hours of teacher training in Hatha Yoga at Yoga House, Brooklyn. She conducts sessions of Vedic passive yoga and stretching on Pravilo. She loves working with people. The greatest gratitude for her work comes, oddly enough, from a person who began to feel better after her practices. Olga’s slogan: with love for the body in harmony with yourself.

Description

This practice is great for just before bedtime, or anytime you need to gain a sense of relaxation. The movement is gentle, the music is soft, and you can really unwind at the end of the day in a way that feeds your body, mind, and
soul. The sound of Crystal and Himalayan bowls transport you into a deep state of relaxation where your physical mental, and emotional self can rest and rejuvenate.
All levels are welcome!
