Madison is a yoga, mat Pilates, and swim instructor as well as a functional mobility and strength training coach. As a former college athlete and swim coach, Madison blends her past experience with yogic philosophy, breath control and strength training. She has a passion for bringing her students into their highest self and teaching them to honor their body as they are. Madison’s style is a blend of yoga, mat pilates, and functional mobility and strength training.

Description

Full body mat Pilates flow class. This class will combine elements of yoga, Pilates, and mobility to form an aligned trio of strength, stability, and flexibility.
All levels are welcome!
