Description

The foam roller helps increase blood flow to working muscles and connective tissue, promoting better oxygenation and nutrient delivery.
The foam roller gives standard moves a challenging twist, increasing muscle strength and stability.
The foam roller reduces muscle tension. It can help relax tight muscles, acting similarly to a deep- tissue massage.

All levels are welcome!
