Madison is a yoga, mat Pilates, and swim instructor as well as a functional mobility and strength training coach. As a former college athlete and swim coach, Madison blends her past experience with yogic philosophy, breath control and strength training. She has a passion for bringing her students into their highest self and teaching them to honor their body as they are. Madison’s style is a blend of yoga, mat pilates, and functional mobility and strength training.

Description

Pilates uses a series of stretching, strengthening, and breathing exercises that activate your core muscles and help those fibers become long and lean.
