Madison is a yoga, mat Pilates, and swim instructor as well as a functional mobility and strength training coach. As a former college athlete and swim coach, Madison blends her past experience with yogic philosophy, breath control and strength training. She has a passion for bringing her students into their highest self and teaching them to honor their body as they are. Madison’s style is a blend of yoga, mat pilates, and functional mobility and strength training.

Description

In this class we focus on building blocks to create strength and stability, so that you can learn to practice inversions with confidence. Get ready to get warm with conditioning exercises, before exploring various approaches to and progressions of inverted postures - such as headstand, forearm balance and handstands.
This class is suitable for all levels but some previous experience of yoga practice is recommended.
