Madison is a yoga, mat Pilates, and swim instructor as well as a functional mobility and strength training coach. As a former college athlete and swim coach, Madison blends her past experience with yogic philosophy, breath control and strength training. She has a passion for bringing her students into their highest self and teaching them to honor their body as they are. Madison’s style is a blend of yoga, mat pilates, and functional mobility and strength training.

Description

This class refers to the fundamental abilities of the body to maintain stability, control movement, and support physical activities. Training to improve foundational strength and balance often involves exercises targeting muscle groups, stability drills, and functional movements.
All levels are welcome!
