Rita has received 200 hour teacher training in Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga in India. She has over 3 years of practice in different styles of yoga, meditation and pranayama. In 2024, she completed a yoga course specializing in prenatal yoga. Yoga teaches us how to be a better human being and live a healthy lifestyle.

Description

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that involves a specific sequence of postures, synchronized with the breath. Developed by K. Pattabhi Jois in the 20th century, it is rooted in ancient yoga traditions and emphasizes building strength, flexibility, and stamina.
