Rita has received 200 hour teacher training in Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga in India. She has over 3 years of practice in different styles of yoga, meditation and pranayama. Yoga teaches us how to be a better human being and live a healthy lifestyle.

A mixed Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga class offers a balanced practice, combining the dynamic, flowing sequences of Vinyasa with the deep relaxation and gentle stretching of Restorative Yoga.
