5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Olga Klishina
Olga started practicing yoga in 2017, and since then, a lot has changed in her life. The first step was a change of activity: from a bank employee with 16 years of experience to a massage therapist, and now a yoga teacher. Olga has received 200 hours of teacher training in Hatha Yoga at Yoga House, Brooklyn.
She conducts sessions of Vedic passive yoga and stretching on Pravilo. She loves working with people. The greatest gratitude for her work comes, oddly enough, from a person who began to feel better after her practices.
Olga’s slogan: with love for the body in harmony with yourself.
Description
Vedic Passive Yoga promotes physiological and emotional healing.
The gentle stretching in Vedic Passive Yoga helps to improve flexibility over time. As muscles relax, they lengthen naturally, enhancing overall mobility and range of motion.
The rhythmic pressure and stretching techniques induce deep relaxation, reducing stress and tension in the body.
The meditative aspect of this practice provides a space for emotional release and healing. By creating a safe and nurturing environment, Vedic Passive Yoga allows practitioners to process and let go of stored emotions and stress.
It is typically performed on a mat on the floor, with the recipient wearing comfortable clothing. The practitioner uses their hands, feet, elbows, and knees to apply pressure and guide the recipient through various stretches and movements.
By integrating this ancient practice into your life, you can experience deep relaxation, improved flexibility, balanced energy flow, and comprehensive stress relief.
