Olga started practicing yoga in 2017, and since then, a lot has changed in her life. The first step was a change of activity: from a bank employee with 16 years of experience to a massage therapist, and now a yoga teacher. Olga has received 200 hours of teacher training in Hatha Yoga at Yoga House, Brooklyn. She conducts sessions of Vedic passive yoga and stretching on Pravilo. She loves working with people. The greatest gratitude for her work comes, oddly enough, from a person who began to feel better after her practices. Olga’s slogan: with love for the body in harmony with yourself.

Description

Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There's a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session, though the specific poses and the pace of the flow vary from one instructor to the next.
This class typically refers to a yoga class suitable for practitioners of varying experience levels. In these classes, the instructor usually offers modifications and variations to accommodate both beginners and more advanced students. It’s a great opportunity to explore and deepen your practice, regardless of your skill level.
