Description

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow-paced practice focused on relaxation and stress relief. It uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body in passive poses, allowing deep relaxation and release of tension without strain or effort.
This style of yoga is ideal for stress management, injury recovery, and overall mental well-being, making it a wonderful complement to more active practices like Vinyasa yoga.
