Description
Prenatal yoga is a specialized form of yoga designed to support women during pregnancy. It focuses on gentle poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that help improve flexibility, strength, and balance while relieving common pregnancy discomforts like back pain and fatigue.
Prenatal yoga also emphasizes mindfulness, reducing stress, and preparing both the body and mind for childbirth. It’s a safe, supportive space for expecting mothers to connect with their changing bodies and with other pregnant women. Classes are typically modified to accommodate all stages of pregnancy.
