Lee is certified in the Hatha Yoga Tradition. Her training in Patanjali’s classical eight-limbed yoga tradition took place at Ignite Yoga and Wellness Institute in 2022. Lee has accomplished level 1 Reiki training and am presently undergoing training in trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness practices for youth. Finding solace and completeness on my yoga mat fueled her passion to share these transformative techniques with students in the classroom and other young individuals. Conducting community-based yoga classes is a significant aspect of her yoga journey. Lee's mission is to ensure that yoga and mindfulness are accessible and equitable for ALL!

Description

Combining vinyasa flow with the guided long-held postures of slow flow. Build heat and warm up with some self-guided movement which will lead to steady breath-focused postures. You can expect to be challenged, sweat, and build endurance.
