Kathy has a B.A. in Sports Medicine from Otterbein University. She is a Yoga teacher, a Weight Watcher's Coach and a Certified Life and Spiritual Life Coach. In her spare time she enjoys paddle boarding, camping, and sitting on the deck with her puppy and family. Kathy loves making connections with people at Stretch Lab, guiding them to a more aligned body/mind state and being a part of their wellness journey.

Join us at beautiful Delaware's Boardman Arts Park, 154 West Willaim St! Gentle yoga is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. A gentle class usually includes more warm up movements and the yoga postures are often held for longer times. Modifications are done to help people of all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of yoga without putting themselves at risk for injuries. There is a stronger emphasis on stretching, seated poses and low-impact movements in these classes.
