Neena is a 200 hr Yoga Teacher, with 7 years of experience in the practice of yoga, being taught in Thailand, she learned a variety of relaxing, rejuvenating, and calming practices which include guided meditations, Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa alignment, focusing in on the student's breath/body balance. There is always a mixture of movement and stillness!
