Mum & Bub Yoga Class Number 4

This class focuses on rebalancing the pelvic floor. Starting with some baby massage, lion's breath, we also move through our Sun Salutations A and B. We activate our abs against the wall with Goddess pose and other standing poses like Triangle, Pyramid, Warrior 3, Prasarita twist. There are a few fun abs and legs activation activities with Bub to end of the practice.
