Mum & Bub Yoga Class Number 5

This class strengthens and stretches our neck and shoulders. Starting on with a little baby massage and warm ups for our shoulders and neck, we pave the way to have a fun Sun Saluation 2 with the option to lift bub overhead. Other poses we explore are Malasana, Forearm Plank, Dolphin, Bound Side Angle Pose, Eagle, Cow-faced Pose and a few fun poses with bub!
