We’ll focus on smooth, mindful movement to help you feel more stable, supple, and confident in your body. Expect a welcoming, light-hearted atmosphere filled with smiles and plenty of encouragement.

To fully enjoy this class, you’ll need to be able to get down to the floor and back up unaided.
