Only women from the 13th week of pregnancy can attend Prenatal group classes with Rossella. Please consult your GP/Midwife before attending classes if you are concerned about your current health.

2) Any pregnancy complications now or in the past?

3) Do you have any blood pressure problems?

4)Any problems with exercise before or during pregnancy?

5) Symphysis pubis dysfunction?

6) Any current acute sickness?
