As the year draws to a close, take a moment to pause, reflect, and find gratitude for all that has passed. This special Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra session allows you to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself amidst the holiday rush.

This 50-minute to one-hour session will guide you through gentle restorative poses followed by a deeply calming Yoga Nidra practice. Through the theme of gratitude, you’ll release stress and embrace a sense of peace and appreciation.

PREPARATION TIPS FOR A COSY SESSION:
Take a relaxing bath or shower beforehand.
Pamper yourself with your favourite skincare routine.
Slip into your comfiest pyjamas.
Create a quiet, cosy space for your practice.
After the session, you can even jump straight into bed for a restful night.
