Aleesha is a dedicated yogi who embarked on her holistic journey by integrating yoga into her life 15 years ago. As a Nutritionist and practitioner of Transcendental Mediation since 2018, she understands the importance of holistic well-being. Aleesha`s teaching style blends Vinyassa flow with soothing restorative poses to create balance in her classes. Through creative sequencing influenced by nature, breathwork and mindfulness techniques, she enjoys guiding her students towards finding a deeper connection with body, mind and soul. She completed her 350 hour teacher training program in Perth, where she embarked on a journey of self- discovery, inner peace and unfolded the beauty of what yoga can bring both on and off of the mat. Aleesha enjoys incorporating simple postures into her classes, allowing students to explore their practice with grace and ease. On her days off, you can find her travelling to new destinations and immersing herself in different cultures.

The Yin portion of the class focuses on stretching and opening the deeper connective tissues, promoting flexibility and inner stillness. Following this, we transition into a soothing meditation to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace.
