He specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Buddhist psychology and philosophy. He hails from Brooklyn, NY and is a graduate of Barry University. His personal and professional goals are to educate and facilitate learning in individuals who are interested in mindfulness and self-exploration through the modalities of meditation, yoga, psycho-education and the creative arts. He is a life-time martial artist and Zen practitioner. He ran a donation-based martial arts dojo for indigent children, for 15 years. He is a retired private investigator, bodyguard and bounty hunter. His hobbies include boxing, karate, yoga, nature walks and gardening.
