Yoga and Meditation for Busy Brains

Held Monthly on Friday nights at Northallerton Town Hall, each class includes gentle yoga, deep relaxation, breathing exercises and basic meditation techniques, all designed to lower stress levels and ease anxiety.

I'll share tips and tricks on how to let go of overwhelm, manage a monkey mind, get a better nights sleep and improve your mental wellbeing.

£15 per class, advanced booking required, no previous experience required.

You'll need a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion and some warm layers to make sure you're totally comfortable and relaxed throughout the class.
