Unwind Your Mind - Yoga & Meditation for Busy Brains

Do you struggle with feelings of stress, overwhelm, anxiety or insomnia? Does modern life often feel too much?

Yoga has a variety of simple and effective practises that can massively help with all of the above. You don't need fancy leggings or a flexible body to achieve better mental wellbeing!

Each class includes Dru yoga, deep relaxation and basic breathwork and mindfulness techniques.

You'll leave each class feeling grounded, balanced, centred and calm.
