Yoga & Meditation for Busy Brains

Each class includes gentle yoga, deep relaxation & basic meditation techniques. I'll share tips and tricks on how to let go of stress, manage anxiety, get a better nights sleep & improve your
mental wellbeing.

You'll need a yoga mat, a blanket and a couple of cushions, plus lots of warm layers as we'll be spending a lot of time on the ground in stillness.

Please note these classes are not suitable for those who are pregnant - you are advised to seek a dedicated pregnancy class.

Please flag physical and/or mental health issues to Sally before booking, as this may determine your suitability for the class.
