Dru Yoga combines traditional Hatha postures with flowing movement sequences, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation.

These classes will leave you feeling stretched, strengthened, grounded and calm.

Suitable for advanced yogis and beginners alike. All sizes, shapes, levels of fitness and cynicism welcome!
