I’m honored to be able to hold space and witness someone making the commitment to deepen their understanding of self and life. A gifted healer, my goal is to help you in creating a new relationship with your physical, energy & emotional body. It is through this awareness, we have the power to heal ourselves. Each class is alignment based and infused with instructions in traditional and modern styles. You’ll gain knowledge using Mudras, mantras and your own personal self expression. You’ll soak it all up with a long guided meditation using sound therapy, Reiki and/or beautiful music. My goal is to expand consciousness while safely guiding you to gain the needed wisdom to know how to heal your relationship with your body, alleviate pain, eat more mindfully, cultivate body appreciation, kindness & compassion, clear stuck energy, release what doesn’t belong to you and create energetic shifts so you connect with your most divine, radiant self. This class is designed to strengthen and sculpt a more toned body and leave you feeling rejuvenated.

In this class you'll gain balance, muscles become stronger and more defined while holding yoga poses that require muscle strength, leading to a more toned look.

We will focus on alignment and breath as we move through each posture using poses that tone whole body, strengthen the core and get an amazing full-body workout with an extended shavasana you'll leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.


Note...
This class is more likely to tone your body if you attend at least two yoga classes every week. By being consistent you won’t just notice a more toned body, You’ll also notice increased flexibility, better balance, improved mood and the ability to relax more easily. Consistent yoga also improves chronic pain for many people, such as chronic back pain or muscle tension.
