My mission is to UPlevel the energy of the planet by sharing spiritual and higher vibe concepts and practices in an approachable way. I am a wife, mother, life coach, and serial entrepreneur. I began my healing journey over 20 years and have over 1000 hours of training in self-development, yoga and spiritual healing modalities, including: Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator, , YTT 200 yoga certification, Yoga Nidra certification, and NLP Master Practitioner. I am a seeker of spiritual and esoteric knowledge. I walk a balance of integrating higher consciousness into our everyday world.
My journey with breathwork began 3 years ago. I found my breathwork practice to be one of the only times where my mind would actually quiet and my body could transmute and release emotion, trauma and the stresses of everyday life. Breathwork has been the catalyst for healing my body and my mind. Everything is energy and vibration and breathwork allows us to truly align our energy naturally and efficiently. It has become my passion to share this practice with others.
