Aswathy Rekha is a passionate international certified yoga instructor from India. She fills each class with her genuine love for both her practice and her students.
To her, Yoga isn’t just a series of poses; it’s a journey of self-discovery and inspired living. Using her extensive training at esteemed institutions like the international Sivananda Yoga Vedanta centers and other traditional schools in India, she holds both an MSc and MPhil in Yoga.
For the past 18 years she has shared her experience as a Yoga teacher.
