About me
My love of Jivamukti Yoga began more than 20 years ago ..
My classes are full of energy, music , philosophical teachings to deepen our connection to ourselves and the divine. Expect the unexpected!
With over 25 years of teaching yoga, I was a Professional dancer till the age of 30 .
I have been trained and continue to study with my teachers Sharon Gannon and David Life the founders of the Jivamukti method as an Advanced certified teacher and mentor on the Jivamukti teacher training. JYC came into being in September 2024. I mentor our teachers and offer the 800hr Apprenticeship programme and facilitate the 75hr Foundation course.
I am also a Yin and Restorative yog...
