Sheree Treloar
Yoga Teacher/Dog Lover/Dancer for life
A dancer since young, I was initially drawn to yoga to improve my endurance and flexibility.
With a background in the fitness industry and constantly pushing my body, I soon realised
yoga wasn’t just about the physical. The clarity and deep connection I experienced after
each class was profound.
Yoga has become a constant in my life and has helped me with many personal and
professional transitions because of what I have learnt about myself while on the mat.
My yoga teaching journey began after moving from New Zealand to Australia. If you breathe,
think and move then you can do yoga – yoga can be your place where the problems of
existence are simplified. Fall in love with the space it gives you, in your body and your mind.
Experience this beautiful quality time out with yourself while experiencing all the sensations
in the body with loving kindness, a sense of coming home to yourself and leave feeling much
more connected.
I am passionate about sharing the joy of yoga, celebrating the diverse group of people we all
are and I look forward to greeting each yogi in class.
