Grease those rusty joints and limber up your stiff back and cranky shoulders with our Tradies Stretch Sessions.
Think pre-hab rather than re-hab!
Join us for a no-nonsense, down-to-earth stretch class designed for whatever the job throws your way.
We keep it real and practical, focusing on simple stretches and movements to ease those tight muscles and joints.
In these sessions, you’ll learn practical stretches and mobility exercises to help you move better, feel better and keep those aches and pains at bay.
We will target common problem areas for tradies, like tight shoulders from lifting heavy loads, stiff lower backs from bending and twisting and achy wrists and hands from repetitive tasks.
Just good old-fashioned stretches and movements that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine.
So grab your mates and join us for a session that’ll leave you feeling loose, limber and ready to tackle whatever the job throws your way.
Note: This class is led by a yoga teacher but it is NOT a yoga class, just a simple stretch session.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 4.30- 5.15 pm $22 per session or $11 for apprentices
Or buy a 10 class pass for $200 or $99 for apprentices
