Description

For many years, I’ve been using the tools of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to support my nervous system. Now, I want to share these practices with you. This new class series is designed to help you learn strategies to moving from states of dysregulation and imbalance to a state of stabilisation, integration, and wholeness.

Through gentle movement, breathing exercises to improve vagal tone, and mindfulness practices, we will work together to return to an empowered and balanced state in both body and mind. These practices aren’t just for the mat; they’re tools you can take into you daily life to help you feel more calm, centred and resilient no matter what comes your way.

A balanced nervous system is s resilient one. It allows us to widen our Window Of Tolerance, making it easier to shift between different levels of arousal as needed in response to life’s ever-changing circumstance. Self-regulation isn’t just a concept; it’s something that needs to be felt and experienced in the body. Often, our nervous system responses get “stuck” in the body, leaving us feeling, scattered, hot or overwhelmed.

In these classes, we’ll focus on discharging and releasing excess energy, then grounding and stabilising our energy so we feel more calm and centred in both our body and our mind. Join us as we explore these powerful practices and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and resilience.

Classes are capped at a maximum of 8 people so there is plenty of space to breathe.
