Lynn Hodgins is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Nutritional Health Coach & Cacao Ceremony Facilitator with over 18 years of experience. Her approach is personal, empowering and up lifting.
Description
This is a movement based practice thats a mix between Hatha & Flow Yoga.
It helps to improve your flexibility & strength, while also working on increasing our balance. So we feel more in our body and centred.
Each class starts with a breathing practice ( pranayama), then we move into a gentle flowing pattern of poses (asana), which may focus on opening our hips, shoulders, lower back, or legs. Some postures are held for a little longer than others using the breath to allow our body & mind to go deeper and release any tension we may be holding.
Each class will finish with a sound healing guided meditation and relaxation, to singing bowls, crystal bowls and more...allowing you to drop down into a deeply restorative space.
This class is open to all levels, as various options will be given in each pose.
You should feel calm but energised, relaxed & refreshed afterwards. The yoga high is almost impossible to put into words :)
