Description
This class is suitable for all levels. It focuses on the connection of breath, movement and the mind. It’s based on the principles of hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga yoga. We move from one pose to another in a slow, smooth, continuous way, synchronizing movement and breath.
The term ‘flow’ is often used to describe the experience of being in the zone, which is what happens when you are so focused on what you’re doing that you tend to lose track of time. Flow yoga helps you achieve this state of mind, while also improving your flexibility, strength and balance. So you leave feeling centred, calm and relaxed.
