Our Sound Bath is a powerful sonic meditation that enables deep relaxation. It's an immersion in beautiful sounds that are healing to the body, mind and soul. The 'bath' involves the playing of a variety of sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs. Vibrations from the gongs, singing bowls, drums and other sound healing instruments, assist the release of emotional and energetic blockages in the body. It stimulates healing in a simple yet profound way. It’s also a powerful way to release what no longer serves you, physically, mentally and emotionally, allowing you to come back to a place of ease and relaxation.

On the night bring:
-Yoga mats or small camping mattress
-One to two blankets and cushion for your head
-arrive 10 mins early so you can get set up
