Description
Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing class that works on the connective tissues and joints of the shoulders, hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Poses are generally held for 2 to 5 minutes to allow the muscles and tissues to slowly let go and release built-up tension. The class will finish with a 20 to 30 minute guided meditation.
