Rahul shares his lifetime knowledge of yoga with wisdom, humour and a down-to-earth openness. With Yoga having been integral to Rahul’s life in India starting from an early age, he'll introduce you to authentic Yogic perspectives and techniques. As he points out: "What people think of as yoga here in the West is different than in India. Yoga is much more than just poses, and it’s practical for everyday people. I like sharing that to help people." Rahul has over 10 years experience as a Yoga Teacher and Teacher-Trainer since coming to Canada. He shares his knowledge and experience with the whole team of Skyhawk Yoga teachers. In his spare time, he enjoys the bliss of doing nothing.
