My teachings include Vinyasa and yin-yang based techniques along with Restorative Yoga.
Join me for a yoga practice that is a combination of Pranayam (Breathwork), Asana (Postures) and Dhyaan (Meditation) using grounding and centering techniques. Our classes will constantly adapt to the changing seasons and our ever-changing bodies.All ages are welcome, all genders are welcome.
Even if you are a beginner, give it a try once. If you are advanced, deepen your practice. Let us get on the mat and start the discovery of our own bodies.
