On the journey of deepen the practice and knowledge, Lin has also earned the certifications on Yin yoga and Prenatal Yoga. A lover of simplicity, focusing on the art of slowing down and being present. Lin's teachings reflect a harmonious blend of her diverse experiences, creating a sanctuary where each breath connects with the simplicity of being.

Description

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and gentle style where poses are held for longer periods, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more. The focus is on stretching and targeting the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, rather than the muscles. This allows for a deep release of tension and promotes relaxation. Poses are often seated or lying down, and props may be used to support comfort. Yin Yoga is a calming and meditative practice, promoting flexibility, increase circulation and release of tension. It is suitable for all levels.
